When money comes back to you, how fast, and to where.
When you get a refund
We refund in full in each of these cases.
- Your payment was debited but the order did not go through.
- You cancelled before we dispatched the parcel.
- We cancelled the order, because the piece was out of stock, your pincode was not serviceable, or we could not fulfil it for any other reason.
- The piece arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, and you would rather have your money back than a replacement.
When we offer an exchange instead
If the piece is fine and it is a question of size, colour or a change of mind, we exchange rather than refund. The full terms are in our return and exchange policy.
Cancelling an order
Message us as soon as you can. If the parcel has not left us, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Once it has been handed to the courier we cannot pull it back, so wait for it to arrive and then talk to us about an exchange or, if something is wrong with it, a refund.
How long it takes
We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it. After that it is with your bank, and money usually lands within 5 to 7 working days.
Online payments go back to the same card, UPI ID or account you paid from. There is no way to send them anywhere else.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, so we will ask you for account details for that purpose only.
What is deducted
Nothing, on a genuine refund. If we are at fault or the order never shipped, you get the full amount you paid.
The only fee anywhere in our policies is the flat ₹100 return shipping on a size or colour exchange, and that is set out in the return policy.
A payment that failed but still debited you
This is usually your bank holding the amount rather than us receiving it, and it reverses on its own within about 5 to 7 working days. If it has been longer, send us the payment reference and we will chase it with our payment partner.
