Who you are buying from

STCH is a clothing label registered as The Wearable Stories, selling directly to customers in India through stch.ltd. Using this site or placing an order means you accept the terms on this page.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The price shown on a product is the price you pay for it. Buying more than one applies our bundle pricing, and the discount is shown before you pay, both in the cart and at checkout.

We may change prices or run offers at any time, but the price you see at the moment you place an order is the price you pay for that order.

Placing an order

An order is a request to buy. It is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our serviceable network, if the pricing was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel and you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept cards, UPI, netbanking and cash on delivery. Online payments are handled by our payment partner. STCH never sees or stores your full card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials.

Product and colour

Our pieces are made in small runs and some are hand embroidered, so small variations in stitch and finish are normal and not defects.

Screens render colour differently. We photograph every garment in natural light and do not retouch colour, but the shade you see can still differ slightly from the piece in your hands.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are covered in our shipping policy. They are estimates, not guarantees, because the last leg is with our courier partners.

Your account and conduct

You can shop as a guest. If you give us details for an order, keep them accurate so your parcel reaches you.

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to copy our photographs, designs or text for commercial use.

Our content

The STCH name, logo, photographs, designs, product names and website copy belong to us. You are welcome to share our pages. You may not resell, reproduce or pass our designs and images off as your own.

Where we stand on liability

We take responsibility for the goods we sell you. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses beyond the value of your order, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as weather, strikes or courier disruption.

Nothing here removes any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Complaints and grievance redressal

If something has gone wrong and an ordinary message has not sorted it, raise it as a complaint and it goes to the front of the queue.
