Where we ship

Across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

A small number of pincodes are outside our courier network. If yours is one of them, checkout will tell you rather than take your money and cancel later.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes another 4 to 7 days after that, so most orders arrive within about a week to ten days.

Metro cities are typically at the faster end. Smaller towns and remote pincodes take longer.

These are estimates. Festivals, weather and courier delays can stretch them, and we will tell you if your order is affected.

What it costs

Delivery charges, if any apply to your order, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.

Cash on delivery

Available on most pincodes. Keep the exact amount ready for the delivery agent where possible.

Tracking

A tracking link follows once your order leaves us. If it has been more than 3 working days since you ordered and you have not heard from us, message us and we will find out where it is.

If delivery fails

Our courier partners attempt delivery more than once. If nobody is available and the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or a refund.

Please give a phone number you actually answer. Almost every failed delivery starts with an unanswered call.

Damaged in transit

If the outer packing is visibly torn or tampered with, photograph it before opening and send us the picture. We sort it out at our cost.
